That's not the way it works with reporting companies my friend. Management is not allowed to "de-list and call it a day". You talk about being on the SEC sh** list that would be the quickest way to a federal investigation, class action suit and likely jail time.
There's no law against being bad at business as long as management follows procedure. But stealing shares and hiding in luxury mc mansions is just plain silly. The narrative doesn't support your story and the lack of volume proves your comments are entirely baseless.
