The AS was 450M shares before 12/15/2014 and the OS was 403M shares on 11/05/2013. No any new share diluted to the market yet after 12/15/2014 (see the post#23603). Thus the OS is either FIXED at 403M shares or maxed-out at (450M - x) shares!
