I believe it is maxed out due to Asher closing out its convertibles, which is very good news. The large volume of trading several weeks back I believe was probably due to Asher. If this being the case, the company no longer has any debt. Someone earlier posted that the role of Demotte has been relegated to that being of a consultant. This tells me that company maybe taking an entirely different direction other than mining. With no debt, this is a great shell to merge into or a great start to going into an entirely different "gold" direction, as in Maui Gold. Who knows. The next few weeks, or months will be interesting.
