Squirt: Not talking about filing a civil suit as that would be expensive and like you mention counter productive. What I'm doing is sending letters personally to the SEC, AG, et al. They will have to separately investigate the law firm for libel, unrelated to any GTE actions. The more pressure the better against these ambulance chasers, IMO.
Squirt I don't care about any monetary rewards GTE would receive for a libel lawsuit. It is priciple here. These people have been manipulating GTE for a long time while being unknown. I say call them out and let them know we aren't standing for it anymore. I don't want their money or assets, I just want them to stop the manipulation and let GTE pps go where merit takes it.
