If Mr. King thought "fruition" would be in 2014 he would have said "THIS YEAR" not the "COMING YEAR"
Mr. King used the word "UPCOMING YEAR". If he wanted to mean 2015 he should have said "NEXT YEAR".
The point is irrelevant. It is a pattern with this mgmt team to have ambiguous statements in their words and in their PR's. You shouldn't have to hypothesis and list 1000 theories on what mgmt meant to stay. That is no way to draw in big investors. Unless of course you don't want to be straightforward for some reason.

I agree, King has until early March to make good on his word about partnerships coming to fruition. Why we need to interpret it is why it's terrible leadership.
