Why? Nothing positive about their balance sheet. They aren't in a position to promote, they don't have the cash or anything to pump. They are diluting hundreds of millions of shares per month to stay afloat and will die under the current and future convertible debt. Once they change the name, reduce current holders by 1/400th (debt holders will be protected, their value will convert), they will promote and pump...wash, rinse, repeat unfortunately.
