Yeah, it's a shame and a scam. Didn't realize they already started the name change game. Well, they already raised the AS, announced the RS, took on kiss of death financing from Asher, not much left but a return to no bid post RS. I doubt the TA is giving out info, but I would be shocked if they didn't dilute all the way up to or beyond 6 billion shares, plus about the same or more for preferred conversions. Current shareholders value today is the highest it will ever be IMO.
