Biggest difference is an AS of 4.35B common in 2012 and the secret increase to 30B in 2013 as Aaron still hasn't lowered the AS "as promised" and of course the secret move from Nevada to Wyoming so he could increase the AS without shareholders finding out for about 6 or 7 months.
