Biggest difference is an AS of 4.35B common in 2012 and the secret increase to 30B in 2013 as Aaron still hasn't lowered the AS "as promised" and of course the secret move from Nevada to Wyoming so he could increase the AS without shareholders finding out for about 6 or 7 months.

Moved/increased Sept. 20, 2013 and he never blogged about it even after all the promises of transparency and he never told shareholders, you "found" it in what, June of 2014 because of all the posts about RIGH trading while the papers were revoked in Nevada.
