Renee, in your literary research forays, did you ever come across any numbers of how many real exchange listed companies are operating form15 who are under a dollar pps, or even over? Or can a exchange listed company even be form15? I'm not sure.

by the way, would you know how it works in the following scenario:

A SEC deliquient filer got suspeneded and then revoked. BUT the company intends to use the filings that they tried to satisfy the SEC with to prevent revocation - to file a S-1 or something like that.

Question: If I buy shares from the company listed on gray sheets and they uplist to pink sheets via a S-1 do I maintain my shares that I bought when it was grey sheets or are completly new shares issued and I dont get any shares in the new registration of the company. Thanks!
