I do like there is very little debt shown. Most tickers are upside down assets to debt.

He could accomplish the same effect by issuing himself 1 share of a super majority preferred share. There is ZERO reason to issue 4 times the OS at the time other than to dilute after the 6 month hold.

He certainly hasn't sold them into the market.

Of course he hasn't, you said they are restricted.
