Their chances of going alone is much stronger now than 2 years ago. They did not have anything at hand 2 years ago. They have all the qualifications, 162mn IDIQ from a single customer, several pending potential sales and channels and new products in the pipeline. Anyone who is comparing the debt levels and the share count should take these into consideration before making a comparison in between the times. This stock is the easiest one to play with and that's why a heaven for flippers. Together with well discussed Capital structure issue, anyone who does not think that this has been a factor in this SP performance is daydreaming.
This is the only company in the whole ETD industry that is making sales and that is trying to build an integrated EDS/ETD platform and unbelivable attacks over the years has not changed that fact. This SP is a joke and we will see whether it will EVER hold on to gains and GAME OVER for certain ones.

'Let's hope your main squeeze G-Man is working on an attractive buyout as the year draws to a close. We might get lucky yet.'

That would be helpful. Investors have to be realistic here. There were about half dozen really strong events for IMSC over the past couple years that failed to provide shareholder value. The latest being 162M/45M contract/order. The SP has gone down.

We waited YEARS for the 'big one' got it and were slapped across the face with our shares. After ALL that has been accomplished, all that we talked about for years as the catalyst needed to 'go parabolic' and we are $1/share?

So, we are instantanously 'spot on' now with the future 'never brighter' after the lights were turned off on shareholders after achieivng what we waited 4-5 years for? All of sudden our vision for success has been recalibrating and fine tuned to spot instant success?

Check the last 4 years and look at the SP....at some point, one has to face reality. The goal posts have been moved so many times you need a GPA tracking device to locate them.

The future vs reality? The future is for dreamers, today is what counts not tomorrow.
