Sussman and team and all other lawyers are officers of the court, what may have been said behind closed doors or settled behind closed doors..that information has to stay out of public ears until resolved

To infer that "officers of the court" have a secret mediated deal for tens to hundreds of billions of dollars and that it is ethical to prepare false Plan Confirmation and settlement documents seems me to be quite a stretch. And that is the crux of the matter. But, if you say "hope," that is fully, 100% valid and understood. In such, I "hope" for you and others also.
