So it would seem. If the lock's not lifted in the next 1-2mos, as the year will be up, they'll be a whole lot of folks left to turn those lights off.;-)

But, as foolhardy as it may be, I'm still holding out some hope for a resurrection, in whatever form it might take, in '15. It certainly helps to not have a choice in the matter.:(...... Oh well!\o/ :)
