What action is that? What you posted shows that UC is keeping the Nevada filing current. It takes about 5 nimutes to fill that out and mail it in with the annual filing fee. Just necessary to keep from having the corporation automatically dissolved by the Nevada Secretary of State. It doesn't mean that anything is going on.
