First of all I believe that either DECN or the legal press blogs ratted out J&J's "expert" sometime in early December. There was probably some sort of discussion about making the fraud a public event. J&J's letter to the judge was dated December 18. A month, even with holidays, is perfect timing for actions against J&J for committing a fraud on the court. So, I believe we will have something to chew on the first full week in January, perhaps early the second week in January.
