This post I'm responding to is filled with not a word that isn't supposition.

You have interpreted many events as favorable to DECN the Berman didn't put out a press release for in the past. Why would management put out a press release about this?

Your contention that people asking for pr's from DECN is only helping JNJ makes no sense at all. What's said on on this or any other bulletin board has no bearing on the law that's being argued.
