You can easily sell on Ebay or Craigslist...I would check out any local coin shops and ask what they're charging...

It's totally amazing that no one is selling at spot? curious huh...if silver is so bad, why is everyone selling at such a high mark up (116% mark up at 2.50 over 15.82)...you won't find any ebay auctions selling at spot either...the paper traded market prices it, but the physical market will NOT sell it at their prices...on top of that, I know that "if" silver drops below $10, you won't find anyone selling it...the local shops will either limit or won't sell at that price...this is why I recommend loading physical on a regular basis...dollar averaging it every 2 weeks, just buy it at whatever price up to $23...jmho
