A shell could sell for as between 50K to 500K and new owners want control, so they typical have a large RS after have ownership.

When Paul bought this shell he did an 8300+ to 1 reverse.

And then issued shares to the current 533M float 1.3B OS 1.75B AS

The question is when will it be sold?
