There appears to be two sides on the cause of the nearly 40% spike in one week.

Some think it was the press release linked above, with a little "insider" action because our ARCA buyer started pre-market on Monday - hours before the press release.

Others think our NITE seller ran out of ammo and we got a big buyer (ARCA) at exactly the right time. Of course, the ARCA buyer is a bit of the chicken and the egg story. Is ARCA here because of the fundamentals (and the timing is coincidence) or did they know about the press release?

Probably a little bit of truth in both sides.

I, myself, am in the camp where the press release was a "signal" to buy for those that know FD quite well.
