Here's my theory. First of all ARCA came in on Friday. I'm not sure NITE is done yet since, imo, we have had both sellers (retail ask with big # to sell) and some trading activity going on from there.
I think the ARCA buyer is somehow connected with FD, might have been banks he met in HK, could also be some players from Sweden taking a chunk.
