There is nothing wrong with being a proactive shareholder. Carl Icahn is a good example of that. He invests in companies, demands answers and usually vies for board seats.

$97,000 in revs last quarter and a 2 million + burn pretty much says that investors should do a little more fussin.

Just my opinion but fussing is a good thing.
