i think it is worth thinking of it on a probabilities basis.
some think the probability of an order improves as time passes. for myself, i am thinking the likelihood of success for vsc is reducing. reminds me a bit of when tpms were deployed by dell and one began to think - a lot of folks must have said no by now and few if any have said yes: maybe something is amiss.
one has to be open to that rather than simply allowing solms more time. because of course we want to preserve our optimism and that tends to make us suspend our misgivings. obviously it is hard to guess why there are no signs of progress. but the company's own explanations in these circumstances are usually less than candid. they want us to remain hopeful. in a sense it is tempting psychologically to conspire with them in order to preserve what one wishes to believe. this is true for all of us.
equally there's also a danger of dismissing the opportunity too easily before it is gone.
the lack of a partner announcement at the launch date was troubling. the continuing lack of an announcement confirms the validity of the concern. we have now nearly busted through the year-end breakeven goal. so we already know things are not going as solms expected.
