1) Speed to market, any company can use and implement quickly, either in their own infrastructure or in the products that they make.. , imo, a fast nimble company, is a company that survives....

2) Extremely flexable, able to work with any customers unique EXISTING environment.

3) the modularity (building blocks) allows Validian to offer a highly scaleable COMPLETE solution. if you only want to lock down your in-house data as a start , the modules allow the addition of increased capability down the road as needed. ie... WAN ,Remote access , Mobile etc...

so if you have these 3 attributes,

fast and easy to install (cost)
flexible to service all environments (integration)
expandable capabilities for all sizes (Scalabilityl)

you have the beginnings of a De-facto standard..... of course widescale adoption is the final piece to make such a claim, but i believe this has already begun.......
