NDT, IMHO, No. This law will be passed to safe grace of JPM, Citi, BofA, Wells, GE, GS and Others of banks large size that fall into this category.

The big reason.. They learned what the power the FDIC has and the big banks don't want their fingers in their pie.

Wow! Looks like WAMU Equity Holders have a lot of Legal Justifications to Sue JPMC for RICO damages for their coplicity with the WAMU BK... Surely, This New Bill is trying to address something that went badly wrong with some Big Bk case where the FDIC/Feds actions seem to have been "VERY CORRUPT" and Liable for significant Lawsuits, to say the Least!!!
