Another alternative is to send a letter to the BOD care of the KSC office. If so, you might want to use Delivery Confirmation and not Certified Mail. Certified mail requires a signature so someone has to chose to sign or show up. Tracking just gives you a record it was received for your records. I also think it is cheaper than CM. Otherwise you can also request delivery confirmation by email as well.
I am not recommending this course of action (petition drive), just thinking through the logistics. Not sure email is the best medium for it either. But I guess it can feel good. At some point if he is annoyed Drew will just need to close out his email. It would be nice to have that WSGI account about now. Oh well, so many things would be nice.
