It's standard practice for larger company's like Nestle to let smaller company's prove the product to market. If the product does well and is accepted then Nestle will become interested :) Basically it's cheaper for Nestle to let someone else do the leg work.
I know this was probably mentioned before, but who is Quintin Crye? and how does he fit into Mine? I see he owns the Vitamin Creamer trademark. I would have thought the owner would be a company name, not an individual.
