Jiff

I would look more for Microsoft than Nokia to buy IDCC as they

could cross license and reduce paying other companies royalty.

If not Microsoft, then Apple, Intel, Cisco, and QCOM come to mind.

The M2M will be huge and the internet of things also. Each and

everyone of these companies could have huge benefits from a

acquisition. They are not look at me now companies but what

is going to happen in the future and IDCC is clearly going to

be a big player in the future. Right now the stock is dirt cheap

wait and see where it is in 2 years if they don't get bought out.

They will have more and more licensee's and the growth of

the wireless industry will be humongous and IDCC will have

their fingers in all of it.

Jjff, it would be poetic justice. But time is money and Nokia cost us IDCC long shareholders a lot of time thus denying us use of capital for other productive investments. Now that the patent wars appear to be cooling maybe IDCC should remain independent. Perhaps Chinese companies will be looking for more patent protection depending on how our current Huawei arbitration case goes. So maybe the patent wars will heat up again someday.

It is Christmas Eve morning where I am. Merry Christmas to all.
