I recv'd this in my email this afternoon
"As for the quarterly report, based on my knowledge, there is an issues for the classification of the gross/net revenue between the auditor and the company, so we currently cannot say when it will be filed, but we are working on resolving this issue."

Awesome. I think shareholders will come to see that this late Q actually works in our favor over 2015/2016 in more ways than one. The penalties for three late required filings over a two year period are not that extreme and to the benefit of shareholders.
