2. POSITIVE EBITDA
3. CEO Buying Millions of Shares along with insiders and company ready to step in and buy all the convertibles at these levels if need be.
4. A ridiculous valuation of $176K
5. Balance sheet being corrected daily as CEO works on convertibles behind the scenes.
