Loop, OK, my choice of word "prediction" was not accurate to describe your conclusion. Like you, I wonder why they chose the Nokia consultant to serve on Interdigital board. Maybe he has since terminated his consultancy agreement with Nokia. Does anyone have an update on this possibility?
