The reason they give restricted shares is so only they can sell stock. Now comes some BS news which will allow them to make their money selling. The news will turn out to be false or never materialize. They will be the only ones who can sell when they release their fake PR just sit back and watch in the coming months. They have done this before that's why you pretend to be giving a dividend when you haven't made any profits.
