BIG IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER IN BUSINESS , too many employees hassles ect.

I owned and operated a very small plastics co for 38 yrs , and we ran at an avg of 24% profit. Try and show me a major corp that does that , they make it up in vol but at a much smaller return or profit.

They won't use all the 597mill imho to buy a company/s or they are IDIOTS.
They would imho buy more like a total of $350 mill and KEEP a reserve for operating expenses until they got their feet under em........

I guess you guys are gonna find out what they do and good for you all
