I really just want to know the reason for not filing, back in Q1 of this year looks like his intentions were to file on time but he is choosing to do it all at once. Maybe he wanted to focus just on company growth and positioning the company better.
With no dilution or toxic financing I'm guessing the fins won't be to shabby.
