Alright there we have it..DR...awhile ago you mention in a post that you expected the announcement in Dec.Good Call!

Going to be an interesting couple of months. Interesting the March 20 date showed up. Wasn't that date the expiration of the 125M credit facility?

This is a seriously different deal than most, so analyzing by the financial guys on this board will be appreciated. I guess reading it "line-by-line" helps.
