Count: Nice job of comparing the #2 yes and no voters to the Civil War. LOL

I can't stress enough to you that there are many "no" voters on this board whom I have the utmost respect for and enjoy their posts. However, there is a group(I don't know how large)that directly argued and politiced their no vote in association with an attack on management and the board of directors. That is an agenda Frank. Several actions have been taken by this group (which I don't care to rehash) that I felt were potentially damaging to the company, individual investors, and members of this board.

I am at peace with the vote itself, always was..
