Bk has not debunked anything. He correctly states what has been written as of this date. All in this case has not been written yet. there is more to come.

I will add, that the head council for FDIC admitted in 2011 that the FDIC did not know how to handle the assets of the holding company within the taking. In doing so he set himself up for a class action, for those shareholders that didn't release and receive WMIH shares.
