The definitive acquisition agreement was supposed to be completed by November 30 and there still isn't any news.

Now, the Pharmajanes phone has been disconnected and chat hasn't been available in weeks.

Oh, don't forget that Pharmajanes has been removed from Weedmaps.

There wasn't anything in the documents that stated AEGY couldn't provide a update to shareholders.

Isn't that great !!!The company is completely silent until the deal is done.... As was agreed//as soon as the paperwork is signed and the ink dries the lights will be turned on again!!!

LOL!!! Looks pretty dismal for the deal benefiting shareholders.

The first press release about the big merger was on 06/20/2014 - wow that is 183 days ago or 6 months and shareholders still don't know anything about the big merger.
