I've been looking for any information, I found info on the passing of VETC I have not seen anything on it being retro-activated Yet. I believe it will be but I want to see it in writing. I read a post on 10 bills Passed within the overall bill and VETC was one of the ten, for 2015.
Pack I believe most of the Eng. in the Busses are 8.9 I'm not saying some of them may be 12L, this is a big eng and the Buss really doesn't need all that Horse Power.
Municipalaties, are converting all over, this is one under the radar parts of CLNE story, Not really being paid attention to. We Need the 18 wheelers to show bigger moves to help shack the Shorts who are driving it to these Prices...
