What Obama signs is unimportant long term. Dont forget he is gone in less than two years. I seriously doubt anything similar will get elected in his place. All of these big orders he is signing can be negated very easily and very quickly. Oh, and lets not forget, the judicial system frowns greatly on collusion, fraud and corruption.
The EPA is not above the law , and has lost many cases in the past.
