Shelf isn't that big.....
But, I would bet a dollar to a donut that if any company were to offer to buy 25% at $15 that Leo would tell them no.

If they were to sell the $75 million shelf to Pfizer for $15 a share, this would only be 5 million shares issued. This would be less than 5% of the company. I agree if we don't get news today, or Monday, it would be better if they wait until January.
