Monday is the last good day to release important news this year. Assuming Leo wants people to know about the news. I've already accepted a delay. Maybe I'll be happily surprised tomorrow.

I'd rather wait until January than have the news lost in the holiday season and have no effect. If the news is a partnership with Pfizer using the shelf to sell them 25% of the company for $15/share then when it gets released won't matter.
