If the difference is between 20 mil now or closer to 100 mil in (more realistically) 12 -18 months for an appealed juried verdict, I'd say hang on for the bigger award in a year or so. We hung on this long, Mr. S.
I don't understand your rush to accept 15-20 mil when there has been so much hope for by so many people (including you) for so many months for a 50-100+ mil decision. Not that 15-20 mil is insignificant, but it's possible that it would only cover the debt incurred over the last year to help DECN sustain itself. With virtually no current revenue stream, it had to raise capital somehow.
