#35149 RE: Ecomike #35148

No one has answered the one big question that is out there.

MW missed the first payment. We all know the reason why.

Let's put that aside. Let's say something happened and
he was unable to make the first payment.
Why didn't SA sit down and try to work things out like
any normal person would do.

A bank does not foreclose if someone misses their first
payment. They would sit down with that person and discuss
what could be done.

What does SA do. He immediately calls in the loan.

Here is a man at that time still involved with IFUS.

You don't have too be a rocket scientist to figure out
what he was trying to do.

It didn't work then when MW was very weak, and it has
no shot working now when he is MUCH STRONGER.

My message too the three stooges is this.

SHOCK AND AWE IS COMING.

Purely IFUS speculation and opinion without verifiable proof.

There isn't any common sense in that theory at all! Logically, we can assume that either the MW cabal wouldn't allow the TA to release the shares to Energy Supreme, or there weren't enough shares left under the AS to cover the debt. Other wise, there wouldn't be a need for the lawsuit!

The debt must have been convertible to IFUS shares as the Supreme Energy shares were not publicly tradeable and, therefore, essentially worthless.

Share holders better hope the debt was convertible to IFUS shares. because if the debt could only be convertible to Supreme Energy shares, then the Boom Bros. are the majority owners of Supreme Energy.
