LOL, Where shows the so-called "R/S"? Any link or document to back up your statement if any? It is 100% FALSE information per my DD! The OS is far far from being maxed out and the AS was just raised a couple of months ago!

Anyway 272.46M-0.0001 x 35.94M-0.0003 now. Someone just manipulated the price down to the new all time low 0.0001 with only 50K shares!

OK. 800 million out now and they do a 10-1. 80 million is the new number at, lets say, 0.002... No news comes and it drops back to trips and news is released.. That 2 billion new authorized will hit the market along with news and numbers and this would run like crazy....
