I'm anything but an expert, but right now the news isn't moving the PPS because institutions are locked out for multiple reasons from either buying or selling stock. Some institutions won't buy anything with a Q attached to it. We're just little guys buying and selling, but this sucker is usually 90% owned by institutional shareholders right?

Just trying to make sense out of everything. GTAT long.
