Odd,
In order to maximize the value of the upcoming test results, I believe it is important to start drawing eyeballs to the company.
I view this PR as the opening salvo of a series of upcoming test results which should create a substantial move in share price, not unlike that of 2012, with obviously , hopefully, more staying power this time around, backed up by the progress in science.

I'd rather it said "Star Trek-like longevity" but my guess is that in scientific speak, "acceptable" is fine because they exceed current industry standards. They seem to be trying different mixes in these prelim tests to see which work best. Baseline is very good. Further testing in progress.

I’m going to play devil’s advocate here. Not trying to be negative…I still buy shares whenever I am able to.

Isn’t this pretty much what we heard at the ASM? We were told that they have a material/device that has been sitting on the shelf for months with “virtually no degradation”. Maybe that just meant that it has no problems sitting out in the air?

Several blends of materials created by the Company's previously announced multi-chromophore process, were subjected to aging tests that include exposure to high temperatures (85C and 110C) for 300 hours.

The data collected indicates that there was minimal loss of electro optical activity (R33), even after over 120 hours at 110C
.

Ok…so does this mean that after 120 hours there was loss of electro optical activity?

Are these processing or operating temperatures? Our material is going to have to be stable for years for it to ever be put inside a data center, etc. Or does continuous exposure to these high temperatures for so long translate into X amount of years of operation?

These results exceed some previously published results by other research groups

Is anyone aware of the other results?

And again…at the ASM we were told the bleached modulators are not a revenue opportunity and that they are being made to prove out the material. ???

I look forward to more detailed specs on our ‘best’ material system…
