Your opening statement is patently false. Volume is generated by hype, and hype can be and is regularly generated without promos. There hasn't been a promo on SLIO for months and months. This stock, along with 90+% of all other stocks trading below $1.00, is being manipulated by the MMs to do exactly what they want it to do. Look at the share structure history of SLIO. The number of shares that have been dumped onto the market has more than quadrupled over the past 6 months or so. Look at the accumulation line. It's gone up, up, up and away, fairly continuously, while the stock price has plummeted and/or remained the same. Dilution and price manipulation is to blame for this.
There may be a promo... or there may not be. There is literally nothing to this "company" other than the dream and the market listing - and maybe even the "CEO", although I wouldn't bet on it. So everything depends on the hype, the traders who get caught up in that hype, and those who don't.
