Steve,,, let me in on something...all the volume generated in penny stocks is based on promos and that is especially true in 000 stocks. No doubt a promo is getting started on this one, as nobody is buying a couple hundred K shares for no reason other than a big move.
Thing is with this one, is the move is taking time to set up, good signs within the last few days as the big early accumulators are finally starting up, and with most big movers, these buyers generally put up big money because they are in the "know".
With that said, i think we will see some retailers throwing in the towel to these big accumulators and once the big fish are full of cheapies they will start the rally.
The waiting game is always the hardest on these.
