Light, they made this investment and so did I (not in this amount though). We are an investment club here where I live. Both can easily afford to loose their investment but they said the risk/reward ratio is much too good to pass this by. Of course one accumulates slowly over a longer period of time. If you would buy 130 million shares on one day you would send the PPS to the sky. I accumulated over a period of two months and still keep accumulating. Why would you cause the PPS go up and then pay more than you have to? My recommendation: Google and read "Richard Wyckoff trading method" then you will understand.
I realize there is potential to increase the knowledge and quality of investment and trading strategies here on this board.
